R.H. Contracting, Inc., established in 2009, is a full-service General Contractor, Environmental Services and Construction Management Company. R.H. Contracting is SBA Certified 8(a) Participant, and a Minority Owned Small Business.

Our primary focus is in the Government Construction market, specializing in Design/Build new and renovation construction, bid build construction and performing mission critical/specialty projects working in and around highly sensitive equipment and work areas on the Wallops Island Facilities. We have also been recently involved in numerous VDOT projects and many smaller projects on the commercial side.

It is planned that with 8(a) certification, R. H. Contracting can perform services for the Federal Government directly as a Prime Contractor. With this goal in mind, we hire management personnel with extensive Federal contracting experience, and, at a minimum, possessing USACE Construction Quality Management and OSHA 30 certifications.
